Appointment Policy

Thank you for scheduling your first appointment with Bounce Therapy Services. We strive to ensure a smooth process for all Clients and families. At our clinic, we are dedicated to providing a client-centered approach, and we aim to make your experience enjoyable.

First Session

To facilitate your first session, we kindly ask you to complete our Client Registration Form, which includes the following information:

Client details
Payment type (e.g., Medicare, NDIS)
Informed Consent Form
Our Cancellation Policy

Prior to your initial meeting, please submit any relevant paperwork, including:
Reports from previous health professionals or therapists.
Referral letters from your GP, pediatrician, or psychologist etc if any.

Fees & Payments

We follow the NDIS pricing Guidelines.
All of our Therapists are charged at 193.99 per hour. Our Therapy Assistants are charged at 86.79 per hour. All of our sessions are 1 hour (face to face) with 30 minutes (non-face to face) for progress notes, equipment set and follow-up.
Sessions exceeding the scheduled time will be billed on an hourly basis (e.g., 15 minutes = 0.25 hours).

To ensure the delivery of best practice, the following services are included in the fees mentioned above:
Emails and short phone calls to other health professionals/teachers (less than 10 minutes)
Preparation and planning time for each session.
Documentation of clinical notes for each session
Research

The following additional services may be offered at an extra cost based on an hourly rate:
Preparation and completion of reports
Formal letters to specialists
Therapy programs for school and home
Resource Making specific to the client.

We accept various payment options, including direct debt in to our Business Bank Account and EFTPOS. For debit or credit card payments, a small surcharge will be automatically deducted via our EFTPOS machine. Payment is due within 14 days from the date of service.
NDIS clients can claim through their NDIS portal using the invoice we provide. If your plan is “Plan Managed,” please provide us with the Plan Manager’s email address.

Cancellation Policy

At Bounce Therapy Services, we have implemented a cancellation policy to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and to provide fair treatment to all our clients. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines:

Cancellation Fee:

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours of notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the consultation fee.

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the cancellation fee will still apply.

No-shows or cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the consultation fee.

Why do we have a cancellation policy?

Late cancellations result in financial loss for our business. When an appointment is made, a dedicated time slot is reserved with one of our Therapists, who also needs to allocate time for session preparation.

Available appointments, especially during after-school hours, are limited. Giving prior notice of cancellations allows us to offer those slots to other clients on our waiting list.

Providing therapy services incurs significant overhead costs. Our Therapists are paid regardless of client attendance.

We believe this cancellation policy is fair and reasonable. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
