Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we offer functional capacity assessment reports. Our Occupational Therapists specializes in conducting thorough assessments to evaluate an individual’s level of ability in performing daily activities. These assessments encompass various settings, including home, work/school, and community environments.

To determine the timeframe for your child’s engagement with a therapist, please contact our office. Our administration team will provide you with information regarding the intake process.

We are not a registered NDIS provider, which means we cannot offer services to NDIA managed participants. However, we can provide services to NDIS Plan Managed and NDIS Self-Managed participants, as well as private clients.

Depending on your GP’s discretion, you may be eligible to claim up to 5 sessions through Medicare with a Chronic Disease Management form. 

For all clinic appointments, we require payment on the day of the appointment for private and self-managed clients. We do not accept cash but provide EFTPOS facilities for your convenience. Plan-managed clients will receive an invoice sent to their nominated provider after the appointment.

Yes, we offer a range of multi-disciplinary services such as Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Physiotherapy to cater to the diverse needs of our clients. 

Yes, our therapists are trained in Sensory Integration Therapy to address sensory-related challenges effectively.

We do offer sessions at school, but this decision is not solely based on convenience. School-based therapy may be considered if the goals for your child are specifically related to school work, performing in the school environment, and supporting their Individualized Education Plan. It also requires the willingness and availability of educators for consultation and collaboration to implement therapy suggestions into classroom practice. 

We provide services for individuals ranging from 0 to 65 years of age, covering a wide spectrum of developmental stages and needs.

Accessing Therapy Assessments and Therapy

  1. NDIS Funding Plans:

    • We accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS funding plans. If you have NDIS funding, you can access our Therapy assessments and therapy services.
  2. Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM):

    • With a referral from your GP, you can access a Chronic Disease Management Plan, which allows you to claim up to 5 Therapy sessions under a Medicare rebate.
  3. Private Paying Clients:

    • We welcome private paying clients who wish to access our Therapy services directly.
  4. Private Health Insurance:

    • Some private health providers may offer rebates for sessions with a Therapist. We recommend confirming this with your provider before contacting us to determine if you are eligible for such rebates.
